September 27: National Estuaries Day - Beluga Slough & Lake BioBlitz at AK Islands & Ocean Visitor Center in Homer 

All day

Families, groups of friends, and individuals will be invited to form bio-teams, e.g. insect team, bird team, marine invertebrate team, fish team, plant team, etc. with local experts manning the collection tables at an on-site or nearby location.
